I make time for myself every day to practice self care.

Self Care can be described as any activity we do deliberately to refuel ourselves in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. Good self care is key to improved mood, reduce anxiety, and key to a healthy relationship with oneself and others.

My behaviors and goals are aligned

It’s said that only 8% of people actually achieve their goals. Experts define goal setting as the act of selecting a target or objective you wish to achieve. Goal setting is fairly easy, what’s hard is the following through, staying committed, and accomplishing them.


There are scientific, emotional, and holistic strategies to modifying our behaviors to increase our chances to staying committed.
